Alessandro Patti

He combines top-tier international law firm training with an entrepreneurial mindset and a practical, business-oriented approach. In recent years, he has also developed particular experience in fundraising transactions for technology start-ups and in assisting innovative businesses operating in regulated and fast-evolving sectors.

Throughout his career, Alessandro has worked at leading international law firms including Chiomenti, Latham & Watkins LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, advising a predominantly international client base on complex corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and private equity deals. He has represented private equity sponsors, family offices and corporate clients across all stages of a transaction, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, documentation and closing.

Before joining M.B. Kemp, Alessandro was also Partner at Patti Avvocati & Rechtsanwälte.

Alessandro holds an LL.M. in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law and a PhD in Private and Comparative Law from the University of Trieste. He graduated in Law magna cum laude from Roma Tre University. He is qualified in Italy and New York. He is fluent in Italian and English and speaks also French and German.
