Caterina Romano

Caterina focuses on civil litigation and international arbitration, supporting both domestic and international clients in complex cross-border disputes.

She also contributes to the development of arbitration culture and practice through her role as Assistant to the Coordinator of the Steering and Scientific Committees of the newly established Camera Arbitrale Forense of the Milan Bar Association.

Caterina is fluent in Italian, English, and French.

Experience

Caterina joined the firm in 2024. She assists in arbitration and civil litigation matters, working between the London and Milan offices.

Her work includes the drafting of legal memoranda and arbitration submissions, legal research under English and Italian law, and the coordination of hearings, mediations, and communications with external counsel and clients. She has been involved in arbitral proceedings before institutions such as the LCIA, DIAC, and DIFC, assisting with document review, procedural compliance, and evidence preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, she interned at a leading international law firm, where she supported teams on cross-border litigation with a focus on due diligence, contract drafting, and regulatory matters.
