Edoardo Adolfo Tullini

Edoardo is a corporate M&A lawyer, specializing primarily in the acquisition of target companies in both private equity and venture capital transactions. 

He has advised private equity funds across all stages of the share capital acquisition process, as well as venture capital funds in a wide range of investment deals. 

Edoardo has also developed substantial experience in cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on deals involving the United Kingdom. 

In addition, Edoardo regularly provides ongoing support to clients in all matters relating to corporate governance and company secretarial duties.

Edoardo joined the firm in March 2025.

Previously, Edoardo has worked in leading Italian law firms with a detailed focus and specialization in the following activities:

• Corporate – M&A (Due Diligence, negotiation, drafting of commercial agreements, SPA, signing – closing)

• Venture Capital;
• Equity Capital Markets;
• Joint Ventures and Investment Agreement
• Corporate governance and secretarial duties.

With these experiences, Edoardo has also worked as an internal Secondee within the Legal and Corporate Affairs departments of Italy's leading listed companies.
