Fan Choi

Fan has over 25 years of experience in serving Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals and Families across multiple jurisdictions both in her roles as a seasoned wealth planner and trusts & fiduciary professional in private banks and as a solicitor in Hong Kong. 

Fan practised as a private client lawyer and was a partner in the Private Capital Group of the Hong Kong Branch of Stephenson Harwood, a London international law firm. After leaving legal practice, Fan joined the Hong Kong branch of BNP Paribas Private Bank as Head of Asia Trust and Structure Administration, covering both Hong Kong and Singapore with particular emphasis on the establishment and ongoing administration of trust and fiduciary structures in Singapore, Cayman Island and Jersey, Channel Islands and managing the risks (both internal and regulatory) concerned.

In her last role as the Head of Wealth Planning, North Asia for Geneva headquartered Union Bancaire Privee, UBP SA, Hong Kong Branch, Fan provided clients with advice and practical guidance on a wide range of matters relating to estate planning, succession, asset protection, liquidity planning, trust and other fiduciary structure planning and administration, relocation, philanthropy, family governance and family business succession issues.
