Jonathan Simpson

Jonathan is a Special Consultant in the firm's London office. He brings over three decades of diverse international legal experience, having practised in London, Singapore, Paris, and Dubai. Throughout his career, he has been a partner at several leading global law firms.

Jonathan has a broad global practice, acting for multinational sponsors, financial institutions, and national governments in emerging markets.

Jonathan has wide sectoral experience, advising on significant transactions in the following sectors:

Many of the transactions Jonathan has advised on have been first-of-their-kind or 'pathfinder' deals. He has cultivated a notable specialism in advising countries on the complex process of rebuilding their infrastructure in post-conflict or post-natural disaster environments. His successful advisory work in this unique field includes landmark projects in Libya, South Sudan, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
