Pia De Negri

She assists companies with the legal aspects of their day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing advice on specialised matters. In the context of M&A transactions, she is involved in due diligence, negotiations and drafting contracts.

Pia has also been advising leading multinational companies on international trade sanctions, developing specific expertise in this field. Additionally, she has worked in art law, assisting private collectors and public institutions with the legal aspects of art exhibitions.
