Utkarsh Sanghavi is a Senior Associate in the firm’s dispute resolution practice, with a focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation. He is qualified in India and is registered as a legal practitioner before the DIFC Courts (Part I) and as a lawyer before the ADGM Courts. 

Utkarsh advises a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and multinational companies engaged in cross-border disputes across the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe.

Utkarsh has experience acting in high-value disputes across key sectors such as banking and financial services, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, media and broadcasting, and employment. He frequently advises and represents clients in institutional arbitrations under the DIAC, LCIA, and ICC rules, as well as in proceedings before, the DIFC Courts, the ADGM Courts, and the Dubai Courts.

Drawing on his academic and professional specialisation in comparative and international dispute resolution, Utkarsh delivers tailored strategic advice on dispute resolution and litigation strategy, guiding clients through complex cross-border commercial disputes across arbitration and court forums, with a strong focus on legal precision and commercial insight.

Prior to joining M.B. KEMP (ME) LLP, Utkarsh trained and practised with leading law firms in the UAE and India and undertook judicial internships under judges of the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Gujarat.
