Utkarsh has experience acting in high-value disputes across key sectors such as banking and financial services, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, media and broadcasting, and employment. He frequently advises and represents clients in institutional arbitrations under the DIAC, LCIA, and ICC rules, as well as in proceedings before, the DIFC Courts, the ADGM Courts, and the Dubai Courts.

Prior to joining M.B. KEMP (ME) LLP, Utkarsh trained and practised with leading law firms in the UAE and India and undertook judicial internships under judges of the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Gujarat.
